A company is looking for a Director, Statistical Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes innovative design options and fit-for-purpose analysis approaches
• Provides technical expertise on innovative study designs and advanced analytical methods
• Builds cross-functional networks and promotes advancement of innovative designs and analysis methods

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of Biostatistics/Statistical experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years
• 10 years of post-graduate statistical experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Statistical expertise and leadership across drug development phases, regulatory submissions, and payer interactions
• Proven experience with both conventional and innovative trial designs in different phases of drug development
• Expertise in advanced statistical analysis methods, modeling, and simulation
