Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Account Lead for Southern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize profitability and revenue growth
  • Engage with healthcare systems and stakeholders to foster innovation and ensure effective product adoption
  • Facilitate strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to support access to products
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B selling experience in a life sciences environment
  • Previous account management experience with health systems or hospitals
  • Strong understanding of market access value models and healthcare reimbursement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
