Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategy and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead strategy and analytics function, working closely with C-level executives
Support Chief Credit Officer in credit program development, risk analysis, and program enhancements
Lead advanced analytics for credit risk management and portfolio management, partnering with operational departments and driving strategic agenda

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years experience in credit analytics, consumer lending, and portfolio management
At least 5 years experience in team management
Deep technical expertise in R, SQL, Python, or SAS
Experience in auto finance and strong leadership skills
Ability to translate business problems into structured analysis and interpret results for business insights
