A company is looking for a Director of Strategy & Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide delivery of growth priorities across the enterprise and Ministry Markets
• Manage progress-to-plan of monthly Ministry Market business performance
• Support leaders in strategic growth opportunity evaluation and strategy development

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience required, 10 years preferred
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of job-specific experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of job-specific experience
