Director Supplier Network

Job Summary

Leading the optimization of a global supplier portfolio, the full-time remote Director Supplier Network will design strategies to improve margin, reliability, and speed-to-market while managing supplier performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year supplier network strategy aligned with growth and ESG goals
• Build and manage a supplier scorecard framework to track performance and lead negotiations on commercial terms
• Partner with category leaders to expand internal production capabilities and integrate supplier strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, or category management, preferably in promotional products or related fields
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including team development and management
• Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements to improve margins
• Experience with ESG, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
