Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition for a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
- Manage full recruitment life cycle and partner with the business to understand hiring needs
- Champion diversity and inclusion, evaluate new recruiting technologies, and monitor key metrics for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in building and implementing effective full-cycle Talent Acquisition plans
- Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, trends, technologies, and compliance
- Experience in a SaaS/technology company and ability to work across multiple time zones
