Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of tax operations including tax provision, compliance, and sales tax
• Oversee income tax provision calculations, compliance for foreign entities, and tax return preparation
• Research complex tax issues, advise on tax laws impact, and collaborate with various departments on tax planning matters

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting or high tech industry
• CPA and/or Masters in Taxation required
• Ability to integrate business objectives with tax strategies and convey complex tax concepts effectively
• Strong analytical capabilities and judgment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
