Job Summary

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in benefit plan design and compensation management
  • International experience in managing global compensation and benefits programs
  • Expert knowledge of global, federal, and state employment laws
  • Demonstrated success in vendor management and strategic planning
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics
