A company is looking for a Director of Training and Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training and product management for online courses and events, driving revenue growth
• Create online sales funnels and new course curriculum generating significant revenue
• Manage a team of 20+ individuals across various functions to achieve business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience as Head of Training for online training courses
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Experience working with remote distributed teams in USA and Europe
• Strong educational background with a Degree, MBA, or PhD
• Stable job history with 3+ years in key roles and excellent references
