Director Workiva GRC Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Workiva's GRC platform, the full-time remote Director Workiva GRC Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating enterprise risk and compliance requirements into scalable solutions while optimizing GRC modules across various domains.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Director for Controls, Audit, ERM, and integrated GRC projects, configuring Workiva GRC modules
• Translate enterprise risk and regulatory requirements into scalable Workiva solutions, partnering with finance, internal audit, compliance, and IT stakeholders
• Advise on GRC best practices and ensure solution integrity, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards while training junior resources

Required qualifications

• Active and current Director Workiva GRC Solution Architect certification
• 5+ years of hands-on Workiva GRC implementation experience, including design and deployment of GRC modules
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Workiva GRC implementations, including risk assessments and solution design
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, enterprise risk management concepts, and SOX/internal audit practices
• Prior consulting experience, preferably with Big 4 firms in risk advisory or internal audit roles
