Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with individuals and agencies regarding pending Social Security Disability applications
- Gather and review necessary documentation for submission to the SSA
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate records
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is desirable
