Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide individuals through the SSI/SSDI application process via phone communication
  • Gather and review required documentation, ensuring timely submission to the SSA
  • Troubleshoot application issues and maintain accurate records while meeting productivity standards
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is desirable
