Job Summary
A company is looking for a Disability Advocate to help individuals navigate the Social Security Disability benefits application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide individuals through the SSI/SSDI application process via phone communication
- Gather and review necessary documentation, including medical records and government forms
- Ensure timely follow-up and troubleshoot application issues to meet productivity standards
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is desirable
