Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Advocate to assist individuals in navigating the healthcare financial journey related to Social Security Disability benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide individuals through the SSI/SSDI application process via phone communication
  • Collect and review necessary documentation, including medical records
  • Troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely follow-up with claimants and agencies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing environments
  • Bilingual in Spanish is desirable
