Job Summary
A company is looking for a Disability Advocate to assist individuals in navigating the healthcare financial journey related to Social Security Disability benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide individuals through the SSI/SSDI application process via phone communication
- Collect and review necessary documentation, including medical records
- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely follow-up with claimants and agencies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing environments
- Bilingual in Spanish is desirable
