Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Advocate (HYBRID).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide individuals through the SSI/SSDI application process via phone communication
• Collect and review required documentation from claimants and medical providers
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely follow-up with all relevant agencies

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is desirable
