Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Advocate to assist individuals in navigating the healthcare financial journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide individuals through the SSI/SSDI application process via phone communication
• Collect and review required documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Research and troubleshoot application issues, maintaining timely follow-up with claimants and agencies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is desirable
