Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Liaison - Disability Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates custom workflows to the operations team and manages escalations for service issues
  • Researches and resolves inquiries received in the assigned client's custom inbox
  • Partners with the Implementation Manager to ensure operational knowledge is communicated prior to client go-live dates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of five years' experience in long-term disability administration
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a client-support role
  • Experience managing Disability or Leave claims operationally
  • Experience working with mid to national size clients in a client-facing position
