Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Liaison - Disability Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage disability benefit workflows and resolve client inquiries
  • Communicate custom workflows to the operations team and act as an intermediary for escalations
  • Conduct research and provide training for specialized customer workflows as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of five years' experience in long-term disability administration
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a client-support role
  • Experience managing Disability or Leave claims operationally
  • Experience working with mid to national size clients in a client-facing position
