Job Summary
Supporting assigned clients in managing disability benefit workflows, the full-time remote Disability Benefits Client Liaison will resolve inquiries, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Communicates custom workflows to the operations team and acts as an intermediary for escalations related to service issues
- Researches and addresses questions from assigned clients' custom inboxes and provides ad hoc training as needed
- Partners with the Implementation Manager to ensure operational knowledge is effectively communicated prior to client go-live dates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years' experience in long-term disability administration and support
- At least three years in a key client-support role
- Experience managing or handling Disability or Leave claims operationally
- Experience working with mid to national size clients' disability/leave programs in a client-facing position
