Job Summary
Supporting assigned clients remotely, the full-time Disability Benefits Client Liaison will manage disability benefit workflows, resolve client inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Communicates custom workflows to the operations team and acts as an intermediary for client escalations
- Researches and addresses inquiries in assigned clients' custom inboxes while providing ad-hoc training as needed
- Partners with the Implementation Manager to ensure operational knowledge is communicated before client go-live dates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years' experience in long-term disability administration and functional support
- At least three years' experience in a key client-support role
- Experience managing disability or leave claims operationally
- Experience working with mid to national size clients' disability/leave programs in a client-facing position
