Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a block of Absence and Paid Family Leave claims effectively and accurately
  • Ensure optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and focus on delivering a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in paid family leave and Absence claim management
  • Technical knowledge in claim/risk management and contract interpretation
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • PC skills required, including proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
