- Manage a block of Absence and Paid Family Leave claims effectively and accurately
- Ensure optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions
- Maintain strong customer relationships and focus on delivering a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in paid family leave and Absence claim management
- Technical knowledge in claim/risk management and contract interpretation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- College degree preferred, but not required
- PC skills required, including proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
