Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Claims Examiner to manage claims and administer leave policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist associates with leave of absence requests and process related paperwork
  • Administer FMLA policy and review documentation for accuracy
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to associates and management regarding claims
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in Short Term Disability, Absence, or Paid Leave claim management
  • Technical knowledge in claim/risk management and contract interpretation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing organizational needs
