Job Summary

Specializing in long-term disability claims, the full-time remote Disability Claims QA Specialist will review and ensure the accuracy of physician reports, communicate with medical teams, and provide quality assurance for claims to meet client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the quality of physician reports to ensure compliance with client and jurisdictional standards
• Verify that claims support physicians' determinations in long-term disability cases
• Provide customer service by managing complex cases and ensuring timely, error-free quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of claims experience, with a focus on disability required
• Experience in a healthcare or insurance setting preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for performance excellence
• Proficiency in using various computer programs, including Google Suite tools
