Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability / Casualty Claims Subject Matter Expert (SME Consultant) - AI SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically assess the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated outputs against source medical documents
• Evaluate pre-release versions of the product's features using knowledge of claims handling processes
• Label medical information within insurance claims data and provide feedback on user experience and workflow integration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Disability Examiner, Worker's Compensation Adjuster, or Auto Casualty Adjuster
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software applications
• Exceptional ability to review and critically evaluate complex documentation
• Experience in training, mentoring, or process improvement roles is preferred
• Specific experience using AI or automation tools in a professional setting is a plus
