Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Claims Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of claims professionals and ensure successful service delivery to clients
• Serve as the project lead for assigned engagements while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, collaborating with the Director for support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance/employee benefits
• Experience overseeing and supporting a claims team
• Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, and medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
