Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Claims Team Leader for Disability and Absence Claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end claims process for disability and leave of absence products, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Foster strong client relationships to understand needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Lead and develop high-performing internal claims teams, setting performance goals and providing mentorship


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits / Group Insurance Claims
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with strong team management skills
  • Specific experience with Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and/or Paid/Unpaid Leaves
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with technology and industry trends
