• Provide coaching on investigations and compliance standards while keeping management informed of activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Five or more years of experience as a Claim Examiner or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience desirable
• Thorough knowledge of insurance coverages and practices
• Industry designations preferred but not required
