Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance standards, conduct appraisals, and administer corrective actions in line with HR policies
• Review and assign claims to examiners, ensuring balanced workloads and timely closures
• Coach staff on investigations and compliance standards, while maintaining communication with upper management regarding team activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Five or more years of progressive experience as a Claim Examiner or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable
• Thorough knowledge of insurance coverages and practices
• Familiarity with legal, medical, and technical disciplines
