Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Customer Advocate II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer-initiated claim escalations and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with internal partners to improve service satisfaction
  • Investigate customer concerns and maintain data integrity of the DCA database
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in disability claims management/processing
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefit programs and relevant Federal and State Laws
  • Understanding of all Disability product lines (STD, LTD, FMLA, statutory claims)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
