Job Summary
A company is looking for a Disability Customer Advocate II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer-initiated claim escalations and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with internal partners to improve service satisfaction
- Investigate customer concerns and maintain data integrity of the DCA database
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience in disability claims management/processing
- Knowledge of Employee Benefit programs and relevant Federal and State Laws
- Understanding of all Disability product lines (STD, LTD, FMLA, statutory claims)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
