Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Disability Customer Service Representative will manage the intake and processing of new cases, oversee case assignments, and maintain client communication to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Intake and verify new cases, ensuring proper documentation and system entry
- Monitor and track case progress to meet deadlines and facilitate physician assignments
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and documentation requirements
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time effectively
- Good understanding of company business lines and communication skills
