Key Responsibilities

• Screen electronic case files to identify potential eligibility for SSA benefit programs
• Provide expert advice and guidance to case workers on benefit-related matters
• Develop and file applications with the SSA, managing pending applications and maintaining records

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience
• Preferred background in human services or the public sector
• Experience with Social Security programs is beneficial
