Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave & Disability Examiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure and analyze information to make and approve decisions on short-term disability and leave claims
• Develop and apply claim and workflow management strategies for disability and leave decisions
• Provide responsive customer service to employees, employers, and others

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in business, science, or related field
• Two years of general office and customer service experience
• Two years of leave, benefits, or disability claim management experience
