Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Inclusion Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Disability Inclusion strategy roadmap and guidance for the Regional and Country Offices
Build capacity of staff and country offices on Disability Rights and Disability Inclusive Programming
Represent the company in strategic Disability Inclusion networks and ensure the voices of children with disabilities are represented in advocacy work

Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Disability Studies or related field
Experience in designing and implementing development Disability Inclusive programs
In-depth knowledge of development and inclusion theory and practice
Strong project management and writing skills
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, databases, and statistical packages
