Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Management Coordinator to manage the employee disability management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an internal consultant on ADA best practices and continuous process improvement
  • Coordinate the purchase and tracking of equipment and assistive technology devices for accommodations
  • Assist employees with STD and LTD benefits and maintain updates on their recovery and return-to-work status


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Two years of professional experience in disability administration or one year with an approved certification
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Disability laws, ADA, ADAAA, and FMLA
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with HRIS and timekeeping systems
  • Licensure or certifications such as CRC, LPC, CDMS, or CCM is a bonus
