Job Summary
A company is looking for a Disability Management Coordinator to manage the employee disability management program.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal consultant on ADA best practices and continuous process improvement
- Coordinate the purchase and tracking of equipment and assistive technology devices for accommodations
- Assist employees with STD and LTD benefits and maintain updates on their recovery and return-to-work status
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- Two years of professional experience in disability administration or one year with an approved certification
- Knowledge of State and Federal Disability laws, ADA, ADAAA, and FMLA
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with HRIS and timekeeping systems
- Licensure or certifications such as CRC, LPC, CDMS, or CCM is a bonus
