Disability Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Operations Manager to oversee and ensure the overall profitability of the regional operations center.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production, performance, and quality of the assigned region
• Plan and organize daily activities related to production and operations
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff while managing schedules and performance expectations

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
• Experience in Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance is preferred
• Background in Long Term / Short Term Disability Claims is preferred
