Job Summary

Coordinating peer-to-peer discussions remotely, the part-time Disability Peer Coordinator will manage communications between Independent Physician Advisors and Treating Providers, ensuring timely and effective scheduling of calls while tracking all interactions related to referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate availability and schedule peer-to-peer calls between Treating Providers and Independent Physician Advisors
• Input and track notes related to referrals and communications across various platforms
• Update clients on the status of scheduled, pending, or missed calls

Required qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
