Job Summary
Working remotely throughout Kentucky, the full-time Disability Program Administrator Associate will supervise staff in provider development, oversee certification processes, and lead quality improvement initiatives within the Supports Community Living waiver program.
Key responsibilities
- Provides supervision and direction to staff supporting provider development, including training and technical assistance
- Oversees provider certification and orientation systems, ensuring documentation review and continuous process improvement
- Leads quality improvement efforts through data analysis and collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master's degree (MA) in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of related experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities services
- Strong supervisory and organizational skills
- Experience in training and technical assistance
- Ability to build collaborative relationships to improve service quality and provider performance
