Disability Program Administrator Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely throughout Kentucky, the full-time Disability Program Administrator Associate will supervise staff in provider development, oversee certification processes, and lead quality improvement initiatives within the Supports Community Living waiver program.

Key responsibilities

• Provides supervision and direction to staff supporting provider development, including training and technical assistance
• Oversees provider certification and orientation systems, ensuring documentation review and continuous process improvement
• Leads quality improvement efforts through data analysis and collaboration with leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Master's degree (MA) in a relevant field
• At least 7 years of related experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities services
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Experience in training and technical assistance
• Ability to build collaborative relationships to improve service quality and provider performance
