Disability Review Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Review Manager (DBQ Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote team, driving strategy and performance for DBQ Generation and Quality Control
• Oversee the performance management process, including coaching, mentoring, and tracking team success
• Act as the subject matter expert for Disability Questionnaires and ensure compliance with operational policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered for candidates with 4+ years in a related operational or leadership position
• Experience in the VA Disability Industry is a plus
• Experience managing remote teams and navigating changing priorities
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with morning working times in the Philippines
