Disability Review Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Disability Review Operations teams, the full-time remote Disability Review Operations Manager will manage DBQ Generation, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance processes while ensuring training accuracy and compliance with VA guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team operations, goals, and performance metrics across DBQ Generation, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance departments
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for DBQ processes, ensuring training materials are accurate and up-to-date with VA criteria
• Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures across all teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the DBQ field with a deep understanding of VA disability processes and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams through supervisors in a remote environment
• Medical training or clinical background with proficiency in medical terminology and VA rating criteria
• Experience developing and maintaining training resources and operational processes aligned with VA requirements
