Disability Services Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing the initial student DSA review process, the full-time remote Disability Services Specialist will manage student outreach campaigns, maintain the DSA student database, and support catalog and Student Handbook updates.

Key responsibilities

• Review student DSA documentation and provide accommodation decisions for the Director's action
• Manage outreach email campaigns for DSA students and maintain related tracking reports
• Update the internal DSA student database and Hyland OnBase workflows regularly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in higher education and customer service preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Understanding of student development and learning preferred
• Ability to work independently and without supervision
