Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Support Specialist to assist individuals in navigating the Social Security Disability benefits application process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Disability staff, including scheduling appointments and data entry
  • Field telephone calls and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain case files and assist with overflow work from Disability Advocates
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Accurate typing/data entry at a minimum of 30 wpm
  • Familiarity with word processing and database programs
  • Ability to follow instructions and organize work systematically
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
