Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager to support clients and applicants impacted by disaster events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services to address unmet needs and assess case closure or reopening
  • Build relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports on community engagement efforts and monitor community trends
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in social work, public administration, communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in publicly facing case management
  • Knowledge of FEMA's Disaster Case Management framework
  • Must be able to clear a criminal background check
  • Specific knowledge of 2 C.F.R 200, 44 C.F.R, and the Stafford Act
