Job Summary

To support global program designs and initiatives, the full-time remote Disaster Preparedness Advisor will provide technical consulting, implement training tools, and collaborate with National Offices to enhance program effectiveness and child protection strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Champion and implement global program designs, standards, and training tools in alignment with ministry objectives
  • Provide consulting and subject matter expertise to National Offices, focusing on program design, data measurement, and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct training initiatives and support the development of metrics to track program success and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in disaster preparedness and program implementation
  • Ability to work independently on complex issues and coach other specialists
  • Experience in data analysis and metrics development for program evaluation
  • Strong understanding of child protection principles and commitment to advocacy
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
