Job Summary
To support global program designs and initiatives, the full-time remote Disaster Preparedness Advisor will provide technical consulting, implement training tools, and collaborate with National Offices to enhance program effectiveness and child protection strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Champion and implement global program designs, standards, and training tools in alignment with ministry objectives
- Provide consulting and subject matter expertise to National Offices, focusing on program design, data measurement, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct training initiatives and support the development of metrics to track program success and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in disaster preparedness and program implementation
- Ability to work independently on complex issues and coach other specialists
- Experience in data analysis and metrics development for program evaluation
- Strong understanding of child protection principles and commitment to advocacy
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
