Disaster Recovery Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Disaster Recovery Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design, implementation, and communication of disaster recovery plans and processes
• Conduct risk analysis and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to ensure disaster recovery plans align with business needs
• Collaborate with vendors and business units to develop and execute disaster recovery strategies and testing plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years of related experience in disaster recovery and business continuity
• Certification in disaster recovery or business continuity (e.g., CDRE, CBCP, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
• Experience with traditional infrastructure and cloud technologies
• Knowledge of resilient systems design principles and SaaS systems in the healthcare domain
