Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Disaster Recovery Case Manager will conduct outreach and needs assessments for households affected by disasters, connecting clients to resources and assisting with goal achievement.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and detailed needs assessments for disaster-impacted households
- Connect clients to nonprofit and government services, ensuring understanding of program requirements

Required qualifications
