Disaster Recovery Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Disaster Recovery and Downtime Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of System Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure the performance and security of SaaS technology platforms
• Lead strategy development to achieve operational targets and establish performance metrics
• Coordinate disaster recovery testing and collaborate with Business Continuity teams on annual exercises

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of relevant work experience in Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity
• Technical background with Linux/UNIX operating systems
• Experience with legacy Cerner Disaster Recovery and 724 Downtime Viewer products is a plus
• Ability to lead and develop a technical team
• Familiarity with DevOps culture and practices
