Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disaster Relief Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept incoming calls from individuals affected by natural disasters and provide immediate assistance and dispatch help as needed
  • Show empathy, compassion, and excellent listening skills to effectively assist callers in distress
  • Maintain composure, follow client scripting, and accurately record caller information and requests
Qualifications:
  • Self-starter with a passion for providing outstanding service
  • Experience working in a team environment and cooperating with co-workers
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing at least 30 WPM and using a computer quickly and accurately
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
