Providing exceptional support to individuals impacted by catastrophic weather, the temporary remote Disaster Relief Customer Service Agent will manage customer inquiries via phone, document interactions, and ensure adherence to client-specific protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries with professional courtesy and provide exceptional service
- Document customer information and verify details, making necessary corrections
- Utilize statistical data to enhance performance and conduct outbound calls for surveys
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior call center or customer service experience is highly desired
- Ability to operate a computer and navigate multiple web-based systems
- Must successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen
- Access to non-cellular high-speed internet service for a home office
