Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior non-key Expert in improving regional coordination in the Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen coordination and coherence of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) actions across the Pacific Region
• Enhance strategic alignment between DRR initiatives and promote integrated approaches to DRR implementation
• Foster stakeholder engagement and improve information flows to identify opportunities for synergies and joint actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Disaster Risk Management, Environmental Studies, International Development, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in disaster risk reduction/management or related issues
• Experience in knowledge management, project mapping, or programme coordination at a regional or international level
• Demonstrated experience working with EU-funded programmes and familiarity with EDF implementation frameworks
• Strong track record of engagement with regional institutions and multi-stakeholder coordination platforms in the Pacific region
