Job Summary
Detail-driven and accountable, the full-time Disbursement Analyst will manage the end-to-end processing of settlement payments, tax form preparation, and cash management activities while collaborating with various teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the creation and distribution of settlement payments in accordance with court orders and specific requirements
- Conduct payment compliance reviews and distribution audits to ensure accuracy before and after disbursement
- Investigate payment issues, coordinating with vendors and banking partners to resolve discrepancies
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, banking, or a related financial processing role
- GED or High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for processing financial transactions
- Ability to read and interpret financial or legal documents and apply independent judgment
- Strong mathematical aptitude and organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
